Waterproofing of New Constructions and Maintenance of Existing Structures

We help in keeping the ceilings beneath the terrace floor free from leaks and seepage. Terraces can be severely damaged by civil work, weathering, terrace gardens, towers, pipelines, and AC compressor installations. 

Seepages and leaks can be brought on by uneven slopes, blocked drainage pipes, fractures in the terrace slab, and other issues that leave stagnant water on the roof, which in turn causes seepage and leaks on the floor below.

Common causes of blockage

  • Plants When organic debris accumulates in the gutter, it promotes the growth of plants, which cause blockage. 
  • Tennis balls We’re not sure if the tennis balls originate from kids playing in the garden or from nearby residences. However, we are aware that they obstruct pipelines.
  • Broken tiles and roofing cement roof tiles have to withstand a lot of wear and tear due to their continual exposure to the weather. This causes some of them to break and fall into the guttering, often bringing roofing cement along too.
